01 · THE KNOWN METHOD
“Design Thinking” is the common name for a problem-solving methodology that emerged from the d.school at Stanford: a human-centered approach used to solve complex problems, design innovative products, and drive organizational strategy. Capturing how professional designers think in any structured framework suitable for innovation training is interesting but inadequate for the challenges facing us in the 21st century.
02 · THE NEW INSTRUMENTS
The need for entirely new, more powerful ways to think and act is now within our grasp with the advent of large language models and world models.
New ways to think: language as the medium of thought, now with a partner that reads and writes at the scale of the whole conversation.
New ways to act: simulate the organization, the market, the decision, and see the outcome before committing to it.
03 · BEYOND DESIGN
An advanced approach to transformation based on the work of Martin Heidegger and Continental Philosophy, for executive leaders.
“The most thought-provoking thing in our thought-provoking time is that we are still not thinking.”
— Martin Heidegger
