DASEIN THINKING

Transforming the being of leaders

Design Thinking changes what you make.

Dasein Thinking changes who is doing the making.

Human existence (Dasein) is fundamentally defined not by static facts or fixed identities, but by its capacity to project itself into the future through choices and potentials.

THE VOCABULARY

Three words that change the work

Being-in-the-world In-der-Welt-sein

You are never a detached observer of your organization; you are always already inside it, involved and committed. Strategy made from “outside” misses this.

Thrownness Geworfenheit

Every leader arrives mid-story: a market, a culture, a history nobody chose. Transformation begins by owning the throw, not by pretending to a blank page.

Care Sorge

What matters to you is what shows up as possible. Change what a team cares about and the space of possible action changes with it.
